I would not hesitate to recommend Brook …
I would not hesitate to recommend Brook Taverner to my friends and familys. I have just recently received a suit from them, I have trouble finding suits to fit me and to my surprise it's finished beautifully and is well crafted. I know where to go next time I need a suit.

Brook Taverner 12 out of 10, fantastic - DHL completely useless!
I have purchased from Brook Taverner on several occasions previously and have had an excellent product, sometimes it didn't fit but that's because I'm older, shorter and fatter than I remember!! Their returns and Customer Service has been great. This last order, went completely astray, totally down to their Courier, UK Mail, who have delivered all my previous orders but couldn't find my house this time and don't know how to use the internet to find an address! Brook Taverner, throughout their Courier's incompetence, have been exemplary. Polite, professional, caring, understanding and just downright wonderful. Indeed, on the final day, they had a duplicate order lined up to be sent Special Delivery by Royal Mail (a competent and long trusted delivery service). Their products are great, fantastic value and Customer Service that is way beyond the call of duty. In future though, I'll try and be more realistic about what size I am now and sincerely hope that UK Mail (part of DHL) can learn how to find an address in the UK!

I can thoroughly recommend Brook Taverner to those people who appreciate top class tailoring and first rate materials whether for Blazer suit or Shirts. I have ordered all of these and they are first class. I am fussy too. Delivery has been better than any company I have dealt with over 55 years even when I had to send 4shirts back. They were replaced with 4 shirts of correct size as the other ones were my mistake when ordering. Fantastic in every way And I do not pass compliments often !!

Good product, badly packaged
I placed 2 orders within 48 hours of one another. The first, a suit, arrived crumpled into the bottom of a box big enough for me to keep as my coffin. The second, two pair trousers and a blazer, came folded into a reasonably sized box, and with a suit cover. Why no suit cover with the suit?

Quality and Value
Over the past few years my wardrobe has been transformed. Suits, shirts tweed jacket, blazer, chinos and trousers all very high quality at very good prices and delivered quickly and efficiently. I have received every item with pleasure. Unfortunately, last year, I had to recognise that my age and lack of exercise was taking its toll. Trousers were becoming more difficult to fasten so I had to go up a suit size and start rebuilding my wardrobe. I will just have to keep looking out for those sales!!

My husband had tried everywhere, John Lewis, House of Fraser, TK Maxx, but to no avail. So I tried my friend Google! Eureka there you were, with just what he wanted, and was tempted with other jackets on your site. It arrived quickly and packed well. Subsequently, I accompanied a friend to the hospital for an outpatient appointment, and was telling her about our purchase. Whilst she was seeing her consultant, another patient waiting said "I couldn't help overhearing your conversation, I too have had the same trouble, but drew a blank. We cruise a lot and on some evenings my husband had to wear a suit, rather than a blazer and slacks, could you tell me the name?" I telephoned home and gave her all your details, so I hope you achieved another satisfied customer. Maybe in future a flyer in cruise brochures may be good for your sales.

Fantastic online buying experience!
When I buy online, I want to be able to find what the shop offers in my size quickly and be in no doubt as to what I'm buying and the quality I'm getting, without any nasty surprises upon receipt. Great pictures and clear sizing information are essential. I also want my stuff to be delivered quickly with a heads up as to when it is on its way and be assured that my items will be well packaged with the option of easy returns if required.
Brooke Taverner have fulfilled all of these criteria in my experience so far and compared to one or two other online clothing services I've used, they really do appear to have focused on making the whole process as hassle free for the customer as possible. As a consequence, I am a repeat customer!

Outstanding Blazer
Having been a blazer wearer for all of my working life (I hate suits) I have owned and worn blazers from many different manufacturers, priced from very cheap to hugely expensive. This Otley Blazer is by far the best cut, best made I've ever had. Being on the robust side, I simply could not believe how well BT had cut this jacket - it is flattering, comfortable and of a very high quality. Outstanding value for money as well. Very highly recommended.
