Given that I had been measured for a 44R , the coat that turned up felt like ‘rent a tent’ It was also too long and not the fit shown in the images posted online . The quality for was also sub- standard I my option for $265.95 .

Perfect for me, a well made coat that is not overly costly. I will only be using the coat for very formal occasions. Quality required without spending a lot of money for a coat that will spend a long time in the wardrobe. I am 6', wear a size 42" suit jacket and the 42R coat is a perfect fit in body, arm length and overall length

Poor. Jacket needed for a funeral. It arrived and I tried it on. Chose the fitting suggested after getting my wife to measure me, it was a little bit big but that is an issue with internet buying and COVID so this part is not a criticism. The jacket was ok, not the quality I expected for $264.95. However, the right outside pocket inner had not been stitched to the coat. If this garment had been through any QC it should have been picked up. Item returned for full refund and was asked to mark it for QC. On the whole, I was disappointed with the whole process and item. The website looks great with some lovely garments on display, it’s just a shame that the first time I purchased from this company was extremely poor and I’m sure not a reflection of the other items from this vendor. As I needed a jacket fairly urgently, I got one of slightly better quality, proper ‘next day delivery’ and for less than a third of the price.

As this is an overcoat, do I assume that I order my suit coat size and that this item is tailored to fit over my suit, or do I have to make that adjustment myself when ordering?

When ordering overcoats we recommend that you order your usual size, as they are oversized accordingly to be worn over other garments.
